The Promise Ring @ Gabes Oasis
I typically stand on chairs at concerts since I am so short. I went to see The Promise Ring play their Wood/Water tour, at my favorite venue in town, Gabes Oasis.
Matthew found me there, and at the time I wasn't sure what to think of him. I liked him, but was fighting it. He had had a bit too much to drink and stood behind me and since he is so tall, we were about the same height as I stood on my chair. Every time I would turn around to watch the show, he would breathe on the back of my neck, and when I would whip my head around to catch him, he would stop.
