My father has always loved the Moody Blues. He would put on an album and play one of his guitars and sing along. His voice blended beautifully with Justin Hayward's voice. This was how my dad would relax and enjoy himself. The funny thing was that he could play guitar and sing along with any song, but if my sisters and I tried to talk to him or ask him a question while he was playing, all we'd get was a blank zombie face and a slow motion shake or nod of his head. It was like his whole brain was devoted to the song playing.
